India’s tech workforce is burning out under long hours, job insecurity, and the pressure to keep proving yourself - but beneath the labour crisis is something we don’t talk about enough: a men’s mental health crisis.
Too many men are taught that silence is strength and vulnerability is weakness.
We think that needs to change.
We need spaces where men can say, “I’m not okay,” and see other men say it too.
Spaces where men can put the weight down before it becomes unbearable.
