behind the scenes
we're fairly new to the world
Behind the scenes, our team is made up of volunteers giving their time to build this community. We keep events low-cost and accessible, with all contributions going straight back into running operations
We collaborate with experts in their field, inviting them to share their skills where it adds value. In turn, we spotlight their work and connect them with wider audiences through our community.

Saba Fathima
Operations Lead
Saba is in her gap year after graduating with a degree in Biotechnology from Christ University, using this time to explore diverse work experiences before deciding on her next professional path. While her academic background provided a strong foundation in research and analytical thinking, Saba has found herself drawn to the creative industry, particularly through working with content.
This exposure sparked her interest in the ways storytelling, media, and design can engage and inspire audiences, leading her to explore opportunities in project management. She is eager to combine her curiosity, organisational skills, and creative insights to take on projects that are dynamic, collaborative, and impactful.
Through this period of exploration, Saba is building a versatile skill set, gaining practical experience, and discovering where her passions align with her strengths. Her goal is to approach her next career move with clarity, confidence, and a broad perspective shaped by hands-on learning.

With a global perspective and a people-first approach, she focuses on bridging the gap between institutions and communities, shaping more honest, human-centred dialogue around mental well-being and collective care.
advisory board
coming together
We’re putting together an advisory board to help guide the direction of Fight Club as a community organisation. The board will bring together people with expertise in different fields, both on-the-ground community experience, and strong governance knowledge.
We have a few spots left. If you have governance experience, whether in India or internationally, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch and let’s have a conversation.
our professional advisors
We have partnered with certified therapists, experts in their own fields, who help us shape our facilitation, a list of them will be available here soon, who can also be contacted for individual counselling.
We will continue to have more professional advisors on board to continually work on our mission and vision for the community.
