Relationship with mom is the very first emotional bond for all of us, and often the most complicated one. It shapes how we understand care, obligation, guilt, anger, dependence, independence, and love.

This conversation explores how that relationship has shaped our being and how it shows up in adulthood for men:

in decision-making, boundaries, partnerships, emotional expression, conflict, and self-worth. To understand what we inherited, what we’re carrying, and what we’re unconsciously repeating.
