what's on

round table

miles & minds

Small circles. 6–8 men only per event.

We value real connection.

Facilitated conversations where you can get real about, expression, experiences and what it actually means to show up. These sessions are the backbone of Fight Club, where the trust gets built.

Movement meets conversation. Walks, runs, climbs, swims, hikes, etc. Whatever gets the body moving and the mind open. These sessions strengthen emotional regulation

Here we bring men and women together on the ground, where women can witness and contribute to this evolution.

Check the line-up. Pick your move. Show up.

Walking 10km is harder than running a 10km, but we know you'll love this challenge. Join our series of 10kms walks, each one will set space for a theme that's less explored. We build our capacity to do the 25km walk in March 2026.

This round table conversation is where we discover how gender scripts either enable or disable men's mental health. We don't know, it's why we invite you to come join us at the Bangalore International Centre Cafe as we explore it.

Most men are taught to stay in control and stoicism is seen as strength and sometimes, it can be. But often, it’s also a coping mechanism. That’s where the stereotype of “men don’t express” or “men aren’t emotionally mature” stems from. We're here to tell you it's a lie @ Peck, Kormanagala.

As we cover 10kms together, we’re setting space for a theme that shapes all of us: the impact of male influences in our lives, the good, the tough, and everything in between.

Join the WhatsApp crew. This is where men show up authentically, bringing the wins, the screw-ups, the “what the hell am I doing” moments. The space is held for you, and you’re expected to hold it for others. That’s the deal.
